"10th vehicle"
I often find myself offering the name and number of this dealership to friends and family that I hear are in the market to purchase a vehicle. This is the 10th vehicle I have purchased from this dealership in the past 8 years. Not only do I get the attentive listener when I am purchasing, but I get GREAT service when I need to have repairs. As a mother of teens, you can only imagine the repair department sees me frequently. I can honestly say, I have never had a bad encounter with anyone at this dealership. Love Vestal GMC.

This is LONG overdue. We just wanted to thank you for helping us last Summer (2010). We are the ones who purchased a smaller truck that would not pull our camper and like we had been told, Vestal Buick would make it right and you did!!! And we have passed the word on that you do stand behind your word and work overtime to make it right. We are still very pleased with the second used truck we purchased last summer. Thanks for helping us get through all those adjustments. Our hats are off to you and your staff...

Every individual we came into contact with at Vestal beginning with our initial phone call through our redelivery process was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Never have had a sales consultant (Clay) who was as thorough at going over a vehicle and a financial consultant who took as much time explaining our options. This was the best auto buying experience we have ever had. We left with a confident feeling that Vestal will be a dealership that we would not only recommend but will purchase from in the future.
