Vestal Pontiac-Buick-GMC Truck's team of  ASE Certified technicians, are here to address your service needs.   We can address any service need for any GM vehicle. 

Today's vehicles are more technologically sophisticated than ever - I would hesitate to use the "shade tree mechanic."  The equipment necessary today to meet the vehicle's demands is unprecedented.  There are actually franchise dealerships that have trouble keeping up with the technology and tools necessary much less independent garages.  Added to our facility and equipment benefits is the fact that our technicians all participate in continuing education classes through General Motors to keep up with today's technology.

In 2007, we added Jeff Huffman, fixed operations manager, to our staff.  Jeff realizes that  the best customer service is  a blend of many ingredients.  "With my 26 years industry experience right here in the Triad, I will strive to give you world class service at very competitive prices.  I live by the motto 'No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.' "
Technically skilled, Jeff's greatest strength might be his communication skills.  As earlier noted, today's vehicles are technologically complicated.  Jeff has the ability to listen to the customer, break down the terminology, and answer your questions in a language you can understand.   The goal is for you to be completely satisfied.

Service Writer, Lee Yokeley has been with us since July of 2007 and daily brings a positive attitude to work.  With a smile that, frankly, we're tired of the ladies complimenting, it appears that Lee is here to stay.

Rounding up the service team is Service Writer, Willie Gilchrist.  Joining the Vestal team in 1990, Willie has truly made the service customers "his customers."   Customers have commented that with his years of experience that it's nice to have the service writer know you and the vehicle so well.  He can solve some problems right in the service lane and send you on your way.
